READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE.

All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.

CHECKOUT & PAYMENT

After adding all items to your cart you can checkout as a guest or by creating an account on our SSL secured site. We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Credit/Debit via PayPal.

We reserve the right to require payment before shipment or refuse a purchase order for any reason.

SALES TAX & TAX EXEMPTION

As of 2023-09-08, Whimsy Tech Inc. is only obligated to collect sales tax on orders in New York. If you have a New York tax exemption, please email sales@whimsytech.net. Customers outside of New York need not provide tax exemption documents.

PROCESSING TIMES & STOCK STATUS

Orders shall be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt.

Stock quantities may not be accurately displayed on the website at all times. Some items may be out of stock at the time of ordering. When possible, in-stock items on an order will be shipped first and out-of-stock items shall be placed on backorder.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders will ship immediately after processing via UPS, USPS, or FedEx. Items on backorder will be shipped once available at no additional cost.

PURCHASE ORDERS

Whimsy Tech Inc. can accept official Purchase Orders (POs) from schools or educational institutions. Please contact your administration or procuring department for institution policies. If a W-9 for Whimsy Tech Inc. is required, please send an email to sales@whimsytech.net.

To place an order via PO, follow these steps:

Email a copy of your purchase order to sales@whimsytech.net.
Orders are subject to review for net 30 eligibility, at our discretion.
We will verify your order and you will be emailed an acknowledgement of your order.
Invoices will be sent in United States Dollars (USD). Payment is accepted in USD only.

PAYMENT must be received in full within 30 calendar days of the date shown at the top of your invoice. Payment is accepted by mailed check or ACH. Credit card payments may be accepted upon request.

SHIPMENT. Orders shall ship within 3 business days of receipt. A shipping confirmation and an invoice shall be sent to the purchaser of record via email.

LATE PAYMENTS or OVERDUE INVOICES are subject to a 2% monthly charge, compounded monthly.

DISCREPANCIES & BACKORDERS. If there are discrepancies between the products ordered and received, you should inform Whimsy Tech Inc. as soon as possible. Backordered items shall ship upon stock availability. In the event of long delays for backordered items, extensions for PO NET 30 day payment deadline may be granted upon request

LEGALITY OF PARTS FOR COMPETITION USE

it is the customer's responsibility to verify legality of any parts they wish to use in a competition. Customers should refer to their respective competition manuals and/or guidelines. Whimsy Tech is not responsible for any rule changes that may render previously purchased parts not competition legal and cannot offer any refunds, compensation, or exceptions to the return policy as a result of changes to competition rules.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

PAYMENT should be made in United States Dollars (USD) or other currency as accepted by the digital payment gateway.

SHIPPING. International orders may be charged import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees by local government agencies and/or the shipping courier. These costs are the responsibility of the customer. International shipping rates listed on WhimsyTech.net may vary from listed costs. Please email sales@whimsytech.net for a shipping quote.

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Items may be returned subject to the terms outlined in this policy. Before returning an item, please contact sales@whimsytech.net for instructions. Once adhering to the provided protocol, you may ship the items back to us. Refunds will be processed within two weeks of receipt and

Purchased items may returned, minus a 20% restocking fee, within 30 calendar days of the delivery date (based on tracking information), if the items are new and unused.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once the item arrives at our facility, we will issue a refund , excluding shipping charges, for the purchase price of the product minus a 20% restocking fee. To ensure the return reaches us, is advised to use a shipping provider who can provide a tracking number.

Exceptions: This return policy only applies to standard products available to customers on WhimsyTech.net. Custom orders, including but are not limited to custom products, custom fabrication, bulk purchases, or any other non-standard products are not applicable to this return policy. As such, these items are non-refundable.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to technical limitations, cancel order requests may need to wait for payment to process before cancellation and a refund can be completed.

COUPONS, DISCOUNTS, & GIVEAWAYS

Coupons are valid until the indicated date for orders placed on WhimsyTech.net. Coupons not be combined with any other offers or coupons. Limit 1 coupon redemption per customer. Coupon discounts do not apply to shipping, tax, and certain products as listed on the product page. Coupons cannot be retroactively applied to prior purchases. Whimsy Tech Inc. reserves the right to modify or discontinue coupon offers at any time.

Discounts may be applied to various items under the following conditions: a sale (or coupons), manufacturing surface defects, restocking, or more. Items purchased with manufacturing surface defects may include, but are not limited to, discoloration, manufacturing residue, and imperfections. Items tagged with aesthetic manufacturing defects will function as intended. These items shall be sold at a discounted rate for customers who wish to purchase them. These items are sold AS-IS and shall be NON-REFUNDABLE.

Giveaways shall be determined at random and may include swag, apparel, products, or more.

PRODUCT DISCLAIMERS

Physical product color and appearance may vary slightly from digital rendering or digital image. While products are manufactured with the highest tolerances, please measure each component prior to utilization in high precision applications.
